Turkey breast strips, peppers and sliced green onions, stir fried in a slightly sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook turkey strips about 6 minutes or until golden, and no longer pink inside.
Add bell peppers, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar and red pepper flakes to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 4 minutes longer.
