Ingredients
- 1 (6-1/2-inch) whole wheat pita bread, warmed, split in half to form pockets
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 3 ounces ((1 or 2 slices)) Butterball® Peppered Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons spicy peanut sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, optional
