  • 1 (6-1/2-inch) whole wheat pita bread, warmed, split in half to form pockets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 3 ounces ((1 or 2 slices)) Butterball® Peppered Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons spicy peanut sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, optional

  1. Spread inside of pita bread halves with mayonnaise.
