Ingredients
- 1 pocket pita bread, warmed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 3 ounces (1 or 2 slices) Butterball® Peppered Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons spicy peanut sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, optional
- Directions

Spread the inside of the pita with mayonnaise. Layer inside with lettuce leaves.
Fill pita with turkey, carrots and onions.
Drizzle with spicy peanut sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves, if desired.
