Sweet Hawaiian bread is a perfect foil for this slightly spicy sandwich made with Butterball Peppered Turkey Breast, dijonnaise and mango salsa

Ingredients
- 2 slices Hawaiian bread
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- dash of jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons shredded carrots
- 4 ounces (2 or 3 slices) Butterball® Peppered Turkey Breast
- 2 tablespoons mango salsa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijonnaise

Spread mayonnaise over one side of one slice of bread; sprinkle with jerk seasoning. Cover with lettuce and carrots. Top with turkey and salsa.
Spread the Dijonnaise on one side of the second slice of bread. Place over turkey and salsa.
Cut in half to serve.
