The Mexican Club Wrap
A club sandwich wrapped in a tortilla. Butterball Turkey Breast, Turkey Ham and Turkey Bacon with lettuce, onion and peppers flavored with a spicy mayonnaise and pico de gallo sauce. Ole!

Ingredients
- 1 12-inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 2 ounces (2 or 3 slices) Butterball® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 ounces (2 or 3 slices) Butterball® Turkey Ham
- 2 slices cooked Butterball® Turkey Bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 slices red onion
- 2 slices green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons pico de gallo
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, optional

Spread Chipotle Mayonnaise over the center of the tortilla, leaving 2 inches on each side. Arrange turkey breast, tukey ham and turkey bacon over the mayonnaise.
Top with the shredded lettuce, onion and pepper rings. Drizzle with pico de gallo. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves, if desired.
Fold the side edges over the turkey mixture. Fold the bottom portion of the tortilla towards the center and roll tightly. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
