Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup diced green peppers
- 1 cup diced red peppers
- 2 pounds Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1 can (16 ounces) mild chili beans, undrained
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) fired-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 jar (12 ounces) Heinz turkey gravy
- 3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt

Heat oil in large heavy saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook onions and garlic 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add ground turkey. Cook until turkey is cooked through, stirring to break up into small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes.
