Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets
- 1/2 ounce poultry seasoning
- 3 cups sliced onion
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 2 cups half and half
- 6 cups cooked pasta, or rice

Heat olive oil in arge skillet on high heat.
Season the filets evenly with 1 teaspoon of the poultry seasoning per side and cook until the seasoning is a light golden brown (but not cooked through), about 1 to 2 minutes per side. (If the filets do not all fit in the skillet, cook in 2 batches. Set aside.
Add the onions and remaining seasoning mix. Stir well. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Stir, scraping bottom of the pan. Cook 3 additional minutes.
Stir in apple juice. Cook until the juice thickens slightly, about 6 minutes.
Stir in half and half. Bring to a boil. Return the filets to the pan. Simmer until they are no longer pink in the center, about 8 minutes.
Place pasta or rice in a bowl. Pour gravy over and place the filets on top.
Note: For a less seasoned dish, simply cut back the amount of poultry seasoning.
