Ingredients
- 1 package Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine, optional
- 2 jars (12 ounces each) Heinz® HomeStyle Beef Gravy
- 1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles, cooked, kept warm

Season turkey filets with salt and pepper. Heat butter in large skillet on medium heat. Cook seasoned filets 2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove filets from pan; keep warm.
Add mushrooms, onions and garlic to pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned. stirring frequently.
Add wine to pan. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in gravy. Bring to a simmer.
Add turkey filets to skillet mixture. Simmer until turkey is heated through. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
