Turkey Mignons with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large yellow onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 Butterball® Turkey Mignons
  • Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Serving Suggestions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions. Cook and stir about 15 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Salt & pepper to taste, if desired.

  2. Add white balsamic vinegar, chicken broth and honey. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, cook turkey mignons in a separate skillet according to package directions, until timer pops.

  4. Add turkey mignons to the carmelized onions and bring to a simmer to heat through.

  5. Serve each mignon topped with some of the onion mixture. Garnish with chives, if desired.
