Turkey Pastrami & Swiss on Rye
A traditional favorite made even better with Butterball Turkey Pastrami. Crisp strips of Turkey Bacon add a nice textural accent.

Ingredients
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 package Butterball® Turkey Pastrami
- 4 slices red onion
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices cooked Butterball® Turkey Bacon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey Dijon-style mustard

Preheat broiler.
Spread mayonnaise over one side of one slice of bread. Top with turkey, red onions and Swiss cheese. Place on baking sheet.
Place under broiler just until cheese is melted. Remove from broiler. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon.
Spread one side of second slice of bread with honey dijon mustard. Place over bacon. Cut in half to serve.
