Turkey Philly Panini

Butterball

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 8 slices crusty Italian bread
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Butterball® Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • No-stick cooking spray

Serving Suggestions
  1. Preheat panini grill.

  2. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Cover 4 of the bread slices with cheese, turkey and vegetable mixture. Top with remaining bread slices. Spray outsides of sandwiches evenly with cooking spray.

  4. Grill 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
