Turkey Pizzadillas

Turkey, pepperoni, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese fill flour tortillas that are then grilled.

  1. Preheat grill on medium direct heat.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce on each tortilla.

  3. Top each tortilla with 1/4 of the turkey breast slices, pepperoni and cheese. Fold tortilla in half. Coat both sides of tortilla with grilling spray.

  4. Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.

  5. Heat remaining pizza sauce. Cut each pizzadilla into 4 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.
