Turkey Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Spicy seasoned turkey skewers served with a creamy peanut butter dipping sauce

Ingredients
- no-stick cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Tenders
- 1/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.
Combine 2 tablespoons of the lime juice, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of the red pepper and salt in large bowl. Add turkey; toss to coat. Thread turkey evenly onto 4 skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
Grill turkey skewers 7 to 10 minutes, or until turkey pieces are no longer pink in centers, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine milk, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, remaining 1/2 teaspoon red pepper in small saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice. Serve as a dipping sauce with the turkey skewers.
