Turkey Talker Diana Jimenez has been talking turkey for more than five years. Diana earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree from Eastern, both in dietetics. She is also a registered dietitian (R.D.). She now holds the title of Butterball® Turkey Talk-Line® expert: bilingual turkey talker (Spanish & English). She’s given several national and regional radio and television interviews.

“A gentleman called and told me that his turkey was on fire. He asked, ‘What should I do?’ After asking him about what happened and ensuring this was not a prank call, I kindly answered, ‘Sir, I think you should call your local fire department.’”
