Ingredients

¼ cup mayonnaise

tablespoons chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes

1 small clove garlic, grated

1 baguette (11 inches), halved lengthwise

1 cup lightly packed baby arugula (about ½ ounce), divided

2 slices provolone cheese, halved

8 ounces thinly sliced BUTTERBALL® Herb Roasted Thanksgiving Style Turkey Breast

Directions

  • 1.
    Stir together mayonnaise, tomatoes and garlic in small bowl.
  • 2.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture onto cut sides of baguette. Layer bottom half of baguette with ½ cup arugula, cheese and turkey; top with remaining ½ cup arugula. Close sandwich and cut in half.
