Brie Turkey Burgers

1 package (2 pounds) BUTTERBALL® Original Seasoned Frozen Turkey Burgers
6 slices (1 ounce each) Brie cheese, with or without rind
¾ cup Dijonnnaise
6 brioche rolls, horizontally split in half, toasted
9 slices BUTTERBALL® Turkey Bacon, cooked, drained, broken in half
- 1.Grill turkey burgers according to package directions. During last minute of grilling, place 1 slice cheese on each burger.
- 2.Meanwhile, spread 1 tablespoon Dijonnaise on cut surfaces of each roll.
- 3.Place 1 cheese topped burger and 3 pieces of turkey bacon over bottom half of each roll. Cover with tops of roll.
