Combine meatballs, marinara sauce and chicken broth in large saucepan. Heat on medium heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through (160°F)
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. Place pita bread on baking sheet. Brush each with 1 tsp. of the olive oil.
Place 8 heated meatballs on half of each pita bread. Spoon remaining marinara sauce evenly over meatballs. Sprinkle each pita bread with 2 tsp. parmesan cheese. Top each with 2 slices provolone cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven. Place pita bread on individual serving plates. Top each with 4 pepper rings. Fold in half to serve.
