Early Spring Pasta with Oriental Dressing
1 cup Oriental Dressing
12 ounces uncooked linguine
2 cups (about 8 ounces) cubed leftover cooked BUTTERBALL® Turkey
4 ounces (about 3/4 cup) matchstick or shredded carrots
4 ounces (about 1 cup) asparagus
4 ounce (about 1/2 cup) spinach
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1.Prepare Oriental Dressing.
- 2.Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- 3.Heat Oriental Dressing in large saucepan over high heat to a boil. Add turkey, carrots, asparagus and spinach; reduce heat to medium. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour sauce over pasta in large bowl; toss gently to coat.
