Ingredients

  • 6 slices pineapple, canned or fresh
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mango salsa
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp. pickled ginger
  • 1 package (16 oz.) Butterball® Bun Size Premium Turkey Franks
  • 8 hot dog buns, split and toasted
  • 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled Butterball® Turkey Bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Lightly brush pineapple slices with oil. Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Cut into ¼-inch pieces.
  3. Combine grilled pineapple, mango salsa, cilantro and pickled ginger. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Grill turkey franks 6 to 10 minutes, turning frequently until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Place each frank in a bun. Spread with about 1 tsp. mustard. Divide mango salsa and bacon evenly over turkey franks.
