Ingredients

½ cup thinly sliced radishes

½ cup thinly sliced English cucumber

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon capers, drained

2 demi ciabatta baguettes (about 6 ounces each), cut crosswise and halved horizontally

2 avocados, halved and mashed

¼ cup pickled red onion

16 ounces thinly sliced BUTTERBALL® Deli Thanksgiving Style Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions

  • 1.
    Place radishes and cucumber in single layer on paper towel. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt. Let stand 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2.
    Combine mayonnaise, butter, dill and capers in small bowl.
  • 3.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of bread pieces. Spread mashed avocado over mayonnaise on 4 pieces of bread. Layer with onion, cucumber, radishes and turkey. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with remaining pieces of bread, mayonnaise side down. Serve immediately.
