Grilled Chimichurri Turkey Burgers

1 package (32 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Original Seasoned Turkey Burgers
6 slices Havarti cheese
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 slices (¼-inch-thick) red onion
6 brioche hamburger buns, halved
- 1.Preheat grill to medium heat (300°F to 350°F), or heat grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 2.Grill turkey burgers according to package directions, adding cheese during last 1 minute of cooking.
- 3.Combine parsley, oil, lemon peel and juice, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in small bowl.
- 4.Layer burgers, chimichurri sauce and onion on bottom half of buns. Cover with top half of buns. Serve immediately.
