Jalapeño Queso Fundido with Ground Turkey

½ pound BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
1½ cups chopped green onions
1½ teaspoons chipotle powder
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
12 ounces (about 3 cups) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 to 2 jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced* *Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
8 to 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2.Cook sausage and green onions in large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in chipotle powder; blend well. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro.
- 3.Spread sausage mixture in bottom of prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble. Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil and warm during last 7 to 8 minutes of baking.
- 4.Serve Fundido with tortillas.
