KIMCHI SLAW
3 cups sliced cabbage
1 cup sliced kimchi
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Kosher salt
GOCHUJANG AIOLI
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons gochujang
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt
4 BUTTERBALL® All Natural Turkey Burgers
4 hamburger buns
1 avocado, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
Directions
- 1.Prepare KIMCHI SLAW. Combine cabbage, kimchi, ¼ cup mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar and sesame seeds in medium bowl. Season with salt.* *Can be made up to 1 day ahead of time and refrigerated.
- 2.Prepare GOCHUJANG AIOLI. Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise, sour cream, gochujang and garlic powder in small bowl. Season with salt.* *Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator until ready to use.
- 3.Grill or cook turkey burgers according to package directions. Place each burger on bun bottom; top with KIMCHI SLAW, avocado, radish slices and GOCHUJANG AIOLI. Top with bun top.
