Ingredients

1 cup shredded red cabbage

¼ cup hot water

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon garlic salt

½ teaspoon mustard seeds

¼ teaspoon orange peel

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

4 slices multigrain bread

8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions

  • 1.
    Combine cabbage, ¼ cup hot water, vinegar, sugar, garlic salt, mustard seeds, orange peel and pepper in medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
  • 2.
    Combine mayonnaise and chives in small bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice. Divided turkey between 2 bread slices. Top with cabbage mixture. Place remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down, on top. Serve immediately.
