Thai Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

¼ cup ketchup

tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

5 teaspoons soy sauce

¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

1 package (32 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Original Seasoned Turkey Burgers

1 cup matchstick carrots

1 cup sliced and quartered cucumber

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

6 sesame seed hamburger buns, halved

Directions

  • 1.
    Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and salt, in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2.
    Heat grill pan over medium heat. Cook turkey burgers according to package directions.
  • 3.
    Combine carrots, cucumber and lime juice in medium bowl.
  • 4.
    On bottom half of buns, layer burgers, slaw and Thai chili sauce. Cover with top half of buns. Serve immediately.
