Penne pasta tossed with turkey, bacon, vegetables, Cheddar cheese and reduced-fat ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 8oz, uncooked dry penne pasta
  • 6 slices heated, chopped fully cooked Butterball® Turkey Bacon
  • ⅔ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup (4oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup reduced fat ranch dressing
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 (½ cup) sliced green onions
  • 2 cups chopped leftover cooked Butterball® Turkey

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine pasta, turkey, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese, onions and bacon in large bowl. Add dressing, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
