Turkey Sausage Pita with Feta and Scrambled Eggs

3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 box (8 ounces) BUTTERBALL® All Natural Turkey Sausage Patties or Links, diced or chopped
1 cup fresh spinach
8 grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
⅓ cup green onions, chopped
⅓ cup feta cheese
4 pita pockets, warmed
- 1.Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl; blend well.
- 2.Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 45 seconds. Add spinach; cook until spinach is wilted. Add tomatoes and green onions; stir.
- 3.Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs begin to set. Add cheese; cook until eggs are set.
- 4.Split open warm pitas to form pocket. Fill pita pockets with turkey-egg mixture.
