Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) uncooked rotini pasta

1 can (about 28 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained

1 jar (about 10 ounces) prepared refrigerated Alfredo sauce

2 cups leftover cooked BUTTERBALL® Turkey, cut into strips, or 2 packages (6 ounces each) BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Strips

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley or basil leaves (optional)

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain. Keep warm.
  • 2.
    Pour tomatoes into large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.
    Add Alfredo sauce; mix well. Stir in turkey. Continue simmering over low heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
