Preparation Instructions

Grilling (Patties):

  1. Season turkey as desired and shape into five patties, ½ inch thick.
  2. Spray cold cook grate with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking.
  3. Place patties on cook grate.
  4. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer, turning once or twice.

 

Skillet (Crumbled):

  1. Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles.
  3. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
