Ingredients

  • 8 (12-inch) wooden skewers
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Farm to Family® by BUTTERBALL® All-Natural Fresh Ground
  • Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Herbed rice; grilled pita wedges; and cucumber, tomato and onion salad, to serve
  • Garnishes: chopped fresh parsley and chopped fresh mint
  • Tip: Soak the skewers the night before for easy meal prep for dinner.

Directions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, paprika, 1 tablespoon mint, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and pepper. Divide into 8 (2-ounce) portions. Using clean hands, gently shape each portion onto a skewer, forming a 4-inch cylinder.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add skewers to pan and cook until grill marks form on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  4. Using an instant-read thermometer, insert into the center of the kabob to check for doneness. The temperature should read 165°F.
  5. Serve Greek Ground Turkey Kabobs with rice, pita and salad. Garnish with additional parsley and mint.
  6. Tip: Soak the skewers the night before for easy meal prep for dinner.
