- 2 lbs Butterball Fresh All Natural* Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (plus more for garnish)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chopped spinach or fresh herbs
- LEMONY ORZO
- 1 cup dry orzo
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 2–3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
