How to Air Fry a Turkey

Get your turkey to a delicate crispy brown without an abundance of oil or effort. You’ll get a light fry and big flavors.

Whole Turkey Breast

Looking to know how long to air fry a turkey breast? Look no further! Follow our step by step instructions to air fry up some good:

  1. Completely thaw your whole turkey breast.
  2. Using kitchen shears, remove rib cage.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Prepare breast with seasonings. Spray generously with cooking spray.
  5. Place breast in air fryer basket, skin side up.
  6. Set air-fryer temperature to 400° F. Cook 45-60 minutes, about 7-10 minutes per pound, until a food thermometer inserted registers 165° F.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.

A thawed turkey may be kept in the refrigerator (40 degrees F or below) up to 4 days before cooking.

Thaw Fully Cooked Baked and Smoked Turkeys via the refrigerator method.

Refrigerator thawing is preferred and the least labor-intensive but requires more time.

Cold water thawing takes less time but requires more attention.
