Jacqueline Vignona's Ground Turkey & Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Butterball Ground Turkey
- 63 Tater tots (approximately)
- Oil
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Scallions
- Seasoning of your choosing (for turkey)
Directions
- Start by sautéing one package of Butterball Ground Turkey meat. Add the ground turkey to a pan with oil on medium heat and sauté with your favorite seasoning until cooked all the way through.
- Next, add approximately 63 frozen tater tots to the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together 8 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese & seasoning (1 Tsp of salt, 2 Tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 Tsp of pepper, 1/2 Tsp of paprika).
- Pour the egg mixture over the casserole dish with the tater tots in it and top with more shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Depending on your oven.
- Top with scallions and serve!
