Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded apple
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, broccoli, apple, green onion, vinegar, oil, salt, honey and pepper. Refrigerate Red Cabbage-Apple Slaw in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
