Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • ½ cup shredded apple
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1½ teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, broccoli, apple, green onion, vinegar, oil, salt, honey and pepper. Refrigerate Red Cabbage-Apple Slaw in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
