Ingredients

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

2 slices (1/2-inch-thick) sourdough bread

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

cup fresh baby arugula

2 slices (1/4-inch-thick) heirloom tomato

1 slice (¼-inch-thick) red onion

2 slices BUTTERBALL® Original Turkey Bacon, cooked

6 ounces thinly sliced BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

2 tablespoons chipotle mayonnaise

Directions

  • 1.
    Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Spread butter onto one side of each bread slice. Add bread to skillet, butter side down; about 5 minutes or cook until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  • 2.
    On one bread slice, spread mustard on unbuttered side. Top with arugula, tomato, onion, bacon and turkey. On other bread slice, spread chipotle mayonnaise on unbuttered side. Place on top of sandwich. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
