Jehan Powell's Grilled Sausage and Vegetables with Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1 pack (13oz) Butterball Natural Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 ears corn, cut in 3 pieces
- 2 zucchinis, cut in half
- 1 red onion, cut into ½ inch slices
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- GARLIC BUTTER
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Add corn, zucchini and red onion to a bowl and season with olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika and salt.
- Grill sausages for 3-5 minutes until it is slightly charred. Grill zucchini and onions for about 2 minutes per side until they soften. Grill corn for 10 minutes, making sure to turn every 2 minutes.
- Remove sausage and vegetables from the grill. Cut sausage and zucchini into 2-inch pieces.
- To make the garlic butter, melt butter in the microwave on high for 1 minute then add crushed garlic, salt, dill and paprika and mix to combine.
- Pour over grilled vegetables and sausage, then serve.
