Ingredients

  • KIMCHI SLAW
  • 3 cups sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced kimchi
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Kosher salt
  • GOCHUJANG AIOLI
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 BUTTERBALL® All Natural Turkey Burgers
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 radishes, sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare KIMCHI SLAW. Combine cabbage, kimchi, ¼ cup mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar and sesame seeds in medium bowl. Season with salt.* *Can be made up to 1 day ahead of time and refrigerated.
  2. Prepare GOCHUJANG AIOLI. Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise, sour cream, gochujang and garlic powder in small bowl. Season with salt.* *Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Grill or cook turkey burgers according to package directions. Place each burger on bun bottom; top with KIMCHI SLAW, avocado, radish slices and GOCHUJANG AIOLI. Top with bun top.
