Make-Ahead Turkey Dry Rub
- ¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground white pepper
- 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
- Tip: This dry rub makes a great gift and can be easily doubled. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
