Ingredients

  • 6 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • 6 ounces prepared hummus
  • 1-½ cups baby spinach leaves
  • ¾ pounds BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 6 tablespoons chopped cucumber
  • 6 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • 6 tablespoons crumbled low-fat feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sliced, pitted kalamata olives or black olives

Directions

  1. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons hummus to within ¼-inch of edge.
  2. Cover with ¼ cup spinach leaves, pressing lightly into spread. Place 2 slices turkey on spinach, followed by 1 tablespoon each of cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese. Top each with ½ tablespoon olives.
  3. Roll up tortilla tightly. To serve, cut each wrap diagonally in half.
