Mexican Turkey Dip

A creamy mixture that can be as spicy as you want to make it. It's a combination of Butterball Turkey, hot sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing and Cheddar and Jack cheeses. Bake it and serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup lite ranch dressing
  • 1 pound shredded leftover cooked BUTTERBALL® Turkey OR 1-1/2 pounds cooked BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) ROT-EL® Mild Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup TEXAS PETE® Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips
  • Celery sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Blend cream cheese and dressing in large bowl until well combined. Stir in turkey, tomatoes, Jack cheese and hot sauce. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.
  3. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve with totilla chips and celery sticks.
