Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon orange peel
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 4 slices multigrain bread
  • 8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, ¼ cup hot water, vinegar, sugar, garlic salt, mustard seeds, orange peel and pepper in medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and chives in small bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice. Divided turkey between 2 bread slices. Top with cabbage mixture. Place remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down, on top. Serve immediately.
