Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

¾ cup thinly sliced red onion

½ medium green bell pepper, sliced

½ medium red bell pepper, sliced

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 (3.5 ounces) hoagie rolls

4 slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese

8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Turkey Pastrami

Directions

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2.
    Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add onion, bell peppers and oregano; cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in salt.
  • 3.
    Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of rolls. Top each with 2 cheese slices, 4 ounces pastrami and onion mixture. Cover with top half of rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  • 4.
    Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
