Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 (3.5 ounces) hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Turkey Pastrami

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add onion, bell peppers and oregano; cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in salt.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of rolls. Top each with 2 cheese slices, 4 ounces pastrami and onion mixture. Cover with top half of rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
