Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canned whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 slices (1 ounce each) smoked Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce and onion in small bowl.
  2. Spread mustard on 2 bread slices. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 4 ounces turkey, 1 cheese slice and cranberry sauce mixture. Cover with remaining bread slices.
