Easy Three-Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey

1 small onion, chopped

1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas

1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans

1 can (15 ounces) black beans

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

1 can (4 ounces) diced mild green chiles

1 tablespoon chili powder

Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook and stir turkey and onion in medium skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink (165°F). Drain any fat. Transfer to slow cooker.
  • 2.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 6 to 8 hours.
  • 3.
    Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired.
