Tiffany Spradley's Sweet & Savory Breakfast Kebabs
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Butterball All Natural Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links Fully Cooked (24 links)
- 1 pkg frozen tater tots
- 1 pkg frozen mini pancakes
- 1-quart fresh strawberries halved
- Powdered sugar for garnish
- Maple Syrup for drizzling
Directions
- Prepare Butterball Turkey Breakfast Sausage according to package instructions and cut each link into 4 pieces.
- Prepare frozen pancakes and tater tots according to package instructions.
- This recipe prepares two separate types of kebabs, pancake, strawberry & sausage as well as sausage, pancake & tater tot.
- Assemble the first set of kebabs by sliding on a strawberry half, a piece of sausage link and then a min pancake and repeat until the kebab stick is full. Lay on serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
- Assemble the next set of kebabs by sliding on a tater tot, piece of sausage link and mini pancake then repeat until the kebab stick is full. Lay on a serving platter and lightly drizzle with maple syrup.
