Preparation Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator (not at room temperature). Place unopened roast on a tray in refrigerator for 1½ to 2 days, or until thawed.

To thaw faster, place unopened roast in cold tap water for 3 to 5 hours.

Change water every 30 minutes to keep turkey cold.

When thawed, keep in refrigerator until ready to cook. Cook within 4 days of thawing.

Prepare Whole Turkey Breast. Remove plastic netting and package.

Drain juices and dry breast with paper towels.

Stuff breast if desired. Prepare 2 to 4 cups of stuffing just before using. Fill rib and neck cavities with stuffing. Cover exposed stuffing with aluminum foil.

Brush skin with vegetable oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray for best appearance. Additional basting is not necessary.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen unopened: Store in freezer, and enjoy within 3 to 6 months of purchase date

Allow 2 days to thaw and keep refrigerated until ready to cook. Cook within 3 days of thaw.

Storage of Leftovers: Carve leftover turkey into pieces before refrigerating to cool more quickly.

Refrigerate carved leftovers within 2 hours of eating. Use leftovers within 3 days.
