Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 pounds frozen bread dough (2 loaves), thawed according to package directions
2 eggs
¼ cup whipping cream or milk
½ teaspoon salt
4 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Deli Oven Roasted Turkey, chopped
2 ounces deli ham, chopped
8 ounces Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
¼ cup red currant or raspberry jam, plus additional for serving
Powdered sugar
Directions
- 1.Grease 12-inch bundt pan with butter.
- 2.Shape dough into about 48 (1½-inch) balls. Whisk eggs, cream and salt in medium bowl. Dip about 8 dough balls into egg mixture; place in prepared pan. Sprinkle with one quarter each of turkey, ham and cheese; drop jam by ½ teaspoonfuls over filling. Repeat layers three times; top with remaining dough balls. Cover; let stand in warm place about 30 minutes or until dough is puffy.
- 3.Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 40 minutes or until bread is firm and golden brown. Loosen bread from side of pan; invert onto plate. Carefully turn over onto serving plate. Cool slightly; dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm with remaining jam.
