Eggs and Crisp Turkey Bacon Tacos

4 slices BUTTERBALL® Turkey Bacon
2 large EGGLAND'S BEST® eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons reduced-fat (2%) milk
1 teaspoon melted butter
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup pico de gallo OR salsa
- 1.Cook turkey bacon according to package directions. Drain, crumble.
- 2.Combine eggs, cheese, milk, butter and pepper in microwavable bowl.
- 3.Microwave egg mixture on HIGH 45 seconds or until eggs are almost set. Remove from microwave.
- 4.Stir turkey bacon into egg mixture. Divide egg mixture evenly among tortillas. Drizzle each with pico de gallo. Fold tortillas in half. Place 2 tacos on each plate to serve.
