Ingredients

1 package DUNCAN HINES® Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix

1 package (3.4 ounces) JELL-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

½ cup SUN DROP® soda or lemon soda

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup water

4 eggs

GLAZE

½ cup SUN DROP® soda or lemon soda

1 cup sugar

½ cup (1 stick) butter

Directions

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup (10-inch) bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Do not overmix.
  • 2.
    Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • 3.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Prepare Glaze.
  • 4.
    While cake is still in pan, poke holes into cake with handle of wooden spoon.
  • 5.
    Ladle approximately half of glaze over cake. Allow cake to set 10 minutes.
  • 6.
    Turn cake out onto round plate then drizzle remaining glaze over top of cake.
  • 7.
    Serve warm or at room temperature. Note: Cake is best when served warm. For the Glaze
  • 8.
    Combine Sun Drop® soda, sugar and butter in small heavy saucepan.
  • 9.
    Heat over medium heat; stir until all ingredients are melted.
